Acme Gold Company Limited announces an amalgamation agreement to acquire Canadian Global Energy Corp, a private oil and gas company, in a strategic move to enhance its market position. Upon completion, Acme will delist from the Canadian Securities Exchange and rebrand as BluEnergies Ltd., applying for a Tier 2 Oil & Gas listing on the TSX Venture Exchange.
