Acma Ltd. has announced the appointment of Mr. Joseph Foo Chee Hoe as the new Lead Independent Director and the reconstitution of its key committees. The Audit and Risk Committee, Nominating Committee, and Remuneration Committee have undergone changes in leadership and membership to include a mix of the appointed directors.
