Ackroo Inc., a provider of loyalty marketing, payment, and point-of-sale solutions, has announced plans to appoint a new Chief Financial Officer by September 30, 2024, as mandated by the TSX Venture Exchange. The current CEO, Steve Levely, is temporarily fulfilling the role. This move is part of the company’s compliance efforts and its aim to enhance its executive team.
