Acea Delivers Record 2025 Results and Dividend on Regulated Infrastructure Push

ACEA SPA ( (IT:ACE) ) has shared an announcement.

Acea approved its 2025 financial statements, reporting record proforma EBITDA of €1.42 billion, up 7% year on year, and net profit of €481 million, boosted by operational and organisational transformation and the sale of its high-voltage grid. Investments rose 6% to €1.53 billion, largely directed to regulated water and electricity networks and environmental facilities, while leverage improved with a proforma net debt/EBITDA ratio of 3.28x, below guidance.

Operationally, Acea consolidated its leadership in water through network resilience projects and the Aquanexa acquisition, accelerated grid modernisation to support the energy transition, and advanced its environmental strategy with expanded waste treatment capacity and regulatory approval for Rome’s new waste-to-energy plant.
