Suzanne Winter, CEO of Accuray Incorporated, will be on medical leave starting September 3, 2024. Sandeep Chalke, previously the Chief Commercial Officer, steps in as the interim CEO. With extensive experience in the medical device industry and leadership roles at notable companies, Chalke’s salary and bonus are adjusted to reflect his new responsibilities. This change was announced in a press release and detailed in a regulatory filing.
