Accrelist Ltd. has announced the appointment of Mr. Chong Eng Wee as an Independent and Non-Executive Director, effective from 5 July 2024. With this appointment, Mr. Chong will also join the Audit and Remuneration Committees, bolstering the company’s leadership team. The Board considers Mr. Chong independent according to the Catalist Rules of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited.
