At the recent Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) held by Accrelist Ltd., shareholders were briefed by Executive Chairman Dr. Terence Tea Yeok Kian on the proceedings and the resolutions to be voted on. The EGM, which took place in Singapore, saw a quorum present and utilized a poll-based voting system for resolution consideration, as mandated by the Catalist Rules of the Singapore Exchange. The company had previously distributed a circular, EGM notice, and proxy forms to shareholders for their review and participation in the voting process.
