Accrelist Ltd. has announced significant changes to its board structure, appointing Dr. Tan Tze Sheng as an Independent and Non-Executive Director and redesignating Mr. Chong Eng Wee as the Lead Independent Director. These adjustments, effective from October 30, 2024, aim to strengthen governance with Dr. Tan joining the Audit and Remuneration Committees, while Mr. Chong becomes Chairman of the Nominating and Remuneration Committees.
