Accord Financial Corp. successfully concluded its Annual Meeting of Shareholders, with a strong showing of 81.68% of shares represented. Shareholders overwhelmingly supported all proposed resolutions, including the re-election of seven directors with a high approval rate averaging above 93%. Additionally, KPMG LLP was appointed as the company’s auditors for the upcoming fiscal year.
