Accor SA’s Hybrid Bond Issue Attracts Strong Investor Interest

Accor SA (FR:AC) has released an update.

Accor SA has successfully placed a 500 million euro perpetual hybrid bond issue, with a substantial subscription interest shown by investors, being oversubscribed by nearly 5 times. The bond, offering a 4.875% annual coupon with a first call option in June 2030, aims to refinance existing debt and support the company’s general financial needs. The funds raised will also contribute to the Group’s diversified hospitality ecosystem, which spans over 5,700 hotels and 10,000 dining and wellness establishments worldwide.
