ACCO Brands Corporation announced a major transition in its leadership as Boris Elisman steps down from his role as CEO and later as Executive Chairman. Despite no disputes prompting his departure, the company is embracing change by separating the Chairman and CEO roles, appointing E. Mark Rajkowski as the new independent Chairman. Thomas Kroeger, previously the Lead Independent Director, will continue as a Director until the next Annual Meeting but will not seek re-election due to the mandatory retirement policy.
