Corporacion Acciona Energias Renovables SA has executed a capital reduction by redeeming 4,488,759 of its own shares, equating to 4,488,759 euros, with the purpose of reducing capital and fulfilling obligations of Share Delivery Programs. Following the reduction, the share capital now stands at 324,761,830 euros, represented by the same number of indivisible shares. All pertinent announcements have been published on the company’s website and in the Official Gazette of the Commercial Registry.
