Accenture ( (ACN) ) has issued an update.

On April 22, 2026, Accenture and certain subsidiaries entered into a new five-year $5.925 billion senior unsecured revolving credit facility and a separate $2.175 billion 364-day senior unsecured revolving credit facility with a syndicate of lenders led by Bank of America, replacing its prior $5.5 billion facility that was terminated the same day. The new facilities, which bear interest based on SOFR, base rates or other currency benchmarks with margins tied to Accenture’s credit ratings, will be used for general corporate purposes and to backstop an expanded commercial paper program now capped at $8.1 billion, strengthening the company’s liquidity profile and funding flexibility under customary covenant and reporting terms.

Each credit agreement allows borrowings in U.S. dollars and specified other currencies, requires payment of customary fees and maintenance of a minimum interest coverage ratio, and includes standard affirmative and negative covenants and events of default. The lending banks and their affiliates, which have provided various financial and banking services to Accenture in the past and may do so in the future for customary compensation, continue to anchor the company’s core banking relationships as it refreshes and enlarges its committed credit backstop structure.

The most recent analyst rating on (ACN) stock is a Buy with a $300.00 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on Accenture stock, see the ACN Stock Forecast page.
