Accent Group Director’s Shareholding Increases

Accent Group Ltd (AU:AX1) has released an update.

Accent Group Limited has announced a significant change in the holdings of Director Daniel Agostinelli. On 2 September 2024, Agostinelli’s direct shareholding increased by 795,031 ordinary shares due to the conversion of vested performance rights, with no disposal of shares reported. This adjustment brings Agostinelli’s total direct shareholding to 4,366,459 fully paid ordinary shares, in addition to maintaining an indirect interest of 17,178,573 shares.
