AC Immune SA has entered into an agreement with Jefferies LLC to sell up to $80.0 million of its common shares from time to time on the open market. The new sales agreement replaces a previous one from 2021, and AC Immune SA will set a minimum floor price for the shares, subject to adjustments. This arrangement allows the company to incrementally raise capital, potentially strengthening its financial position and investment appeal.
