AC/DC Battery Metals Inc. has signed an agreement with Grid Battery Metals Inc. to sell its 100% interest in 17 mineral claims in British Columbia. The deal includes a cash reimbursement and 5 million shares of Grid, pending TSX Venture Exchange approval. The transaction is considered a ‘related party’ transaction due to shared officers and directors, but falls below the threshold needing formal valuation or minority shareholder approval.
