Abundante Limited has announced the voluntary liquidation of its two dormant subsidiaries, Pesiaran Makmur Sdn. Bhd. and Prestige Portfolio Sdn. Bhd., which is not expected to significantly affect the company’s earnings or net tangible assets for the current financial year. The subsidiaries are set to be dissolved within three months following the completion of the liquidation process as per the Malaysia Companies Act 2016.
