Abundance International Limited has announced plans to change its auditors to Moore Stephens LLP for the financial year ending 2024, aiming to manage business costs effectively and maintain good corporate governance. The move, endorsed by the Board and Audit Committee, is expected to bring about modest cost savings without compromising audit quality or scope. The auditor change is pending shareholder approval at an upcoming extraordinary general meeting, following the resignation of the previous auditors, Foo Kon Tan LLP.
