ABRDN Property Trust AGM Approves Key Resolutions

Standard Life Investments Property Income (GB:API) has released an update.

ABRDN Property Income Trust Limited successfully held its Annual General Meeting on 13 August 2024, where all proposed Ordinary and Special Resolutions were passed. These resolutions included the authorization for the company to make market acquisitions of its own shares and to allot ordinary shares or grant rights to subscribe for shares, permitting flexibility in managing its share capital.
