abrdn European Logistics Income PLC ( (GB:ASLI) ) has provided an update.
abrdn European Logistics Income plc reported an unaudited IFRS net asset value of 33.5 euro cents per share at 31 December 2025, sharply lower than the prior quarter as asset sales, tax charges and large B share capital distributions reduced net assets. The underlying value of the five remaining French and Dutch properties slipped 0.5% to €155.1 million, while NAV including estimated disposal and liquidation costs fell to 32.6 euro cents per share.
The company continued to execute its shareholder-approved managed wind-down, selling 25 of its original 27 assets to date for over €507 million and using proceeds to repay loans with BayernLB and BerlinHyp, leaving €23.9 million of debt outstanding. Despite market headwinds and slowing buyer momentum for the final larger asset amid geopolitical and macroeconomic uncertainty, shareholders decisively rejected a proposal from major investor DL Invest to change the strategy and replace the manager, reinforcing support for the current wind-down and capital return plan.
Spark’s Take on ASLI Stock
According to Spark, TipRanks’ AI Analyst, ASLI is a Neutral.
The overall stock score reflects a balance of mixed financial performance, positive technical indicators, and attractive valuation. However, the managed wind-down strategy and income volatility pose significant risks. The strong balance sheet and high dividend yield are positive factors, but the sustainability of these benefits is uncertain.
