AbraSilver Resource ( (TSE:ABRA) ) has provided an announcement.
AbraSilver Resource Corp. has struck a series of deals to acquire and option several mining properties surrounding its Diablillos project in Argentina, adding more than 6,200 hectares to its land package for total consideration of about US$4.65 million in cash and shares. The newly secured Bianca X and El Chanal properties are aimed at bolstering access to water resources, providing flexibility for potential future expansions beyond the 9,000-tonne-per-day base-case scenario being evaluated in the company’s upcoming Definitive Feasibility Study.
The Condoryacu and María Amalia I concessions introduce new district-scale exploration targets and possible additional water resources, with Condoryacu hosting gold-silver mineralization associated with a hydrothermal breccia system that differs from Diablillos’ current oxide profile and will require further technical and metallurgical work. With the acquisition of Mi Belelo III and Natalia, AbraSilver further consolidates a contiguous regional footprint, enhancing its long-term optionality for throughput growth, life-of-mine extensions, and infrastructure placement, strengthening its strategic position in the Diablillos district.
The most recent analyst rating on (TSE:ABRA) stock is a Buy with a C$13.50 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on AbraSilver Resource stock, see the TSE:ABRA Stock Forecast page.
