AbraSilver Resource Corp. has successfully completed a C$20 million private placement, with Kinross Gold Corporation and Central Puerto SA each acquiring a 4% stake in the company. The investment will support the advancement of the Diablillos project in Argentina, with a focus on an upcoming Phase IV exploration campaign. The company is also forming a Technical Advisory Committee and a Strategic & Operational Committee with representatives from both investors to guide the project’s development.
