AbraSilver Resource Corp. has announced a share consolidation set to occur at market open on May 22, 2024, with a 5-to-1 ratio, reducing total shares from 624,703,913 to approximately 124,940,785 while maintaining shareholder ownership proportion. The move includes adjustments to the exercise price and number of shares issuable upon the exercise of existing stock options and securities, with a new CUSIP and ISIN number assigned, though the company’s name and trading symbol will not change.
