ABR Holdings Limited has announced the establishment of a joint venture, Tipo Wheelock Pte. Ltd., in Singapore with equal partnership between its subsidiary All Best Foods Pte. Ltd. and Tipo 16H, under the Black Hole Group. The new joint venture will operate a food and beverage establishment under the brand Tipo Strada, with an initial share capital of S$180,000. This strategic move is expected to have no significant impact on the company’s assets or earnings for the financial year ending 2024.
