ABR Holdings Limited has announced the sale of its joint venture company, EKI, to Chong Yean Keow, resulting in EKI ceasing to be a part of the ABR Group. The sale included 100% of EKI’s shares and the settlement of a MYR6.8 million shareholder’s loan. This transaction is not anticipated to significantly affect the Group’s net tangible assets or earnings for the fiscal year.
