ABR Holdings Limited has undergone a reconstitution of its board with the departure of two Independent Directors, Mr Lim and Mr Quek, following the AGM on April 29, 2024. They are succeeded by Mr Foong and Mr Chia who will also chair the Audit Committee and the Nominating and Remuneration Committees, respectively. The company expresses gratitude to the outgoing directors for their service and confirms the independence of the new appointees in accordance with regulatory guidelines.
