The latest announcement is out from Abpro Holdings ( (ABP) ).

On February 18, 2026, Abpro Holdings, Inc. disclosed that it had received notice from a Nasdaq Hearings Panel that its securities will be delisted and trading suspended at the open on February 23, 2026, after the company failed to meet the minimum equity standard required under Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(b)(1) by the February 16, 2026 deadline set in a November 10, 2025 decision. The company has 15 days from receipt of the notice to request a review by the Nasdaq Listing and Hearing Review Council and expects to appeal, and if no appeal is taken Nasdaq is expected to file to delist and deregister the securities, after which Abpro anticipates its common stock and public warrants will move to the OTC Pink Market, where investors may face reduced liquidity, less transparency and greater price volatility.

The potential move of Abpro’s securities from Nasdaq to the OTC Pink Market marks a significant downgrade in trading venue that could constrain access to capital and narrow its investor base. Shareholders and warrant holders face heightened risk that broker-dealers may not make a market in the securities, and that trading levels, liquidity and quotation stability may deteriorate if the delisting proceeds as outlined.

The most recent analyst rating on (ABP) stock is a Buy with a $4.00 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on Abpro Holdings stock, see the ABP Stock Forecast page.
