Able Engineering Holdings Ltd. has announced the resignation of Mr. Chong Yuk Fai as the company secretary, financial controller, and authorised representative, effective from 1 July 2024. He is succeeded by Ms. Lam Chun Chu, who brings over 15 years of experience in auditing, accounting, and corporate finance to her new roles. The company has confirmed that there are no disagreements or issues related to Mr. Chong’s departure that need to be addressed to shareholders or The Stock Exchange.
