Aberforth Trust Buys Back 30,000 Shares

Aberforth Smaller Companies Trust PLC (GB:ASL) has released an update.

Aberforth Smaller Companies Trust PLC has announced the buyback and cancellation of 30,000 of its own shares at a price of 1,516.34p each, reducing the total number of shares in issue to 84,139,605. This move follows the authorization granted at the company’s Annual General Meeting earlier this year and is part of a larger repurchase program that has seen 95,000 shares bought back to date.
