Aberdeen International Inc. has announced the successful election of its director nominees during the 2024 annual meeting of shareholders. With over 30 million shares voted, representing about 21% of the company’s outstanding shares, shareholders also approved the appointment of McGovern Hurley LLP as the company’s auditors.
