Aberdeen Group ( (GB:ABDN) ) just unveiled an update.

Aberdeen Group plc has provided additional clarification to shareholders on its proposed 2026 Directors’ Remuneration Policy ahead of the Annual General Meeting on 29 April 2026, following engagement with key investors and proxy advisory firms. The company emphasised how long-term incentive awards for the Chief Executive Officer will be implemented under the new framework, particularly the balance between Performance Share Plan and Restricted Share Plan elements.

The Remuneration Committee confirmed that, consistent with the current policy, the CEO’s total long-term incentive opportunity will remain capped at 350% of salary, and that any combination of Restricted Share Plan and Performance Share Plan awards will not exceed 262.5% of salary, with specific sub-limits on each component. This commitment, which will apply for the three-year life of the policy, is intended to give shareholders greater transparency and reassurance on executive pay structures and their alignment with investor expectations.

The most recent analyst rating on (GB:ABDN) stock is a Hold with a £210.00 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on Aberdeen Group stock, see the GB:ABDN Stock Forecast page.

According to Spark, TipRanks’ AI Analyst, ABDN is a Outperform.

The score is driven primarily by improving financial fundamentals (profit and free-cash-flow recovery alongside low and declining leverage) and very attractive valuation (low P/E and high dividend yield). These positives are tempered by weak technical momentum and earnings-call risks around Adviser profitability, margin pressure, and near-term expected outflows despite reiterated 2026 targets.
