Aberdeen International has appointed Dev Shetty as its new CEO and Executive Chairman to lead a strategic shift towards investing in energy transition metals and other valuable resources. The company is also enhancing its financial position through a shares-for-debt settlement aimed at reducing liabilities and aligning creditor interests with shareholders.
