Abcourt Mines Concludes Private Placement Funding

Abcourt Mines (TSE:ABI) has released an update.

Abcourt Mines Inc. has successfully finalized an additional $627,570 in funding through the completion of the last tranche of its non-brokered private placement, totaling $4,421,720. This final closure saw the issuance of over 12.5 million units, each including a share and a purchase warrant. The raised capital is earmarked for development and exploration at the Sleeping Giant Gold Project and for general corporate purposes.
