Abcourt Mines Inc. has successfully finalized an agreement with LaFleur Minerals Inc., resulting in LaFleur acquiring 141 mineral claims on Abcourt’s Courville and Abcourt Barvue Properties in Quebec, Canada. In exercising the option, LaFleur paid Abcourt $500,000 and issued over 4 million shares to obtain a 100% interest, while Abcourt retains a 2% net smelter return royalty. This deal exemplifies Abcourt’s strategic management of its resource properties and adds value to the company’s diverse mining portfolio.
