Abcourt Mines Inc. has successfully closed a $4.5 million private placement to fund its exploration and development activities, particularly for the Sleeping Giant Gold Project in Québec. This significant investment has led to the appointment of a new Control Person, Noureddine Mokaddem, who also joins as a director with four decades of mining experience.
