Abaxx Technologies Inc., a leader in financial software and market infrastructure, has announced a $10 million financing deal through a bought deal with underwriters led by Canaccord Genuity Corp. and BMO Capital Markets. This deal, which includes an over-allotment option that could raise additional funds, is set to close by March 28, 2024. Proceeds are earmarked for general corporate purposes and to support the company’s operational and regulatory needs.
