Abaxx Technologies Inc. has expanded its bought deal financing to C$16.25 million with Canaccord Genuity Corp. and BMO Capital Markets as the lead underwriters. The deal includes an option for the underwriters to purchase additional shares, potentially increasing the total proceeds to C$18.68 million. The funds raised will support general corporate needs, operational funding for Abaxx Exchange and Clearing, and other corporate purposes.
