Abasca Resources Inc. has launched its 2024 summer exploration program at the Loki Zone of the KLS Project, targeting uranium and flake graphite potential, alongside a non-brokered private placement aiming to raise $3.65 million. The funds will support the KLS Uranium Project exploration and general corporate expenses. The financing includes common shares and warrants, with potential finder’s fees and a standard hold period applied to the securities.
