The latest update is out from AMV Capital Corp. ( (TSE:ABA) ).
Abasca Resources Inc. has completed its Winter 2026 exploration program at the Loki Flake Graphite Deposit in northern Saskatchewan, drilling 4,922 metres across diamond and sonic holes. The campaign extended the Loki Deposit’s strike length by 200 metres to 1.4 kilometres, confirmed continuity of graphite mineralization at the Thor Zone, and gathered geotechnical and hydrogeological data to support ongoing project studies and environmental baseline work.
The company also arranged a non-brokered private placement of up to $2.5 million to fund its 2026 exploration program at the Loki Deposit and Thor Zone and for general corporate purposes. The financing is expected to support further delineation of graphite resources and along-strike exploration at Thor, reinforcing Abasca’s efforts to advance its graphite assets within a growing market for battery and energy-transition materials.
