Abacus Mining & Exploration has finalized amendments to its acquisition agreement for the 100% ownership of the Willow porphyry copper property in Nevada, now issuing fewer shares to Almadex Minerals Ltd. and adjusting the net smelter return rate. The deal solidifies Abacus’s hold on a promising copper property in a historically productive district, with surrounding areas showing significant past production and ongoing studies. Abacus also retains the rights to adjacent Nev-Lorraine claims, enhancing its exploration and potential purchase options.
