Abacus Mining & Exploration Corporation has announced the extension of its non-brokered private placement offering until October 16, 2024, with the goal of raising up to $400,000 by issuing up to 20 million units at $0.02 each. The funds raised will support exploration, general working capital, and a property payment for the Nev-Lorraine property. The company, focused on copper and gold projects in B.C. and Nevada, has already closed a first tranche raising $284,300.
