Abacus Mining & Exploration Corporation has successfully completed the first tranche of its private placement offering, raising $284,300 through the issuance of over 14 million units at $0.02 each. The proceeds will be directed towards exploration efforts, general working capital, and a property payment for the Nev-Lorraine property, with a second tranche expected in mid-September.
