AB Volvo Updates Share Structure After Conversion of Series A to Series B Shares

AB Volvo has adjusted its share capital structure following the conversion of 745,007 Series A shares into an equal number of Series B shares under a mechanism approved by shareholders in 2011 that allows holders of A shares to request conversion. After the change, effective as of 31 March 2026, the company has 2,033,452,084 registered shares outstanding, comprising 441,543,462 Series A shares and 1,591,908,622 Series B shares, corresponding to a total of 600,734,324.20 votes, clarifying the current distribution of voting power for investors and other stakeholders.
