AB Foods Confirms Compliance Post-NMR Acquisition

Associated British Foods (GB:ABF) has released an update.

Associated British Foods plc (ABF) has confirmed adherence to its previously stated post-acquisition intentions for National Milk Records PLC, as required by the City Code on Takeovers and Mergers. The confirmation follows the successful acquisition of NMR by ABF’s subsidiary, AB Agri Limited, which was completed last year. ABF’s compliance with its planned course of action post-offer has been formally communicated to the Panel on Takeovers and Mergers.
