AB Dynamics PLC, a market leader in automotive testing and simulation, has reported a strong second half of the year with revenues anticipated to exceed £110m and profits likely to surpass market expectations. The company has also expanded its portfolio with the strategic acquisition of Bolab Systems GmbH, a niche automotive power electronics testing business, which is expected to enhance earnings in the following fiscal year. AB Dynamics finished the year with a healthy net cash position of £28.6m.
