AAPKI Ventures Inc., previously known as Pushfor Tech Inc., has finalized a non-brokered private placement, successfully raising $100,000 through the issuance of convertible debentures. These debentures carry a 10% annual interest rate and offer investors the option to convert into company units at $0.05 each, with added share purchase warrants valid for three years. The funds are earmarked for business expansion and general corporate purposes.
