Aakash Exploration Services Limited has announced its 19th Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for September 22, 2025, at Ahmedabad Management Association, Ahmedabad. The meeting will cover ordinary business such as adopting the financial statements and reappointing a director, as well as special business including the reappointment of Mr. Hemang Navinbhai Haria as a Whole Time Director for a three-year term starting February 8, 2026. The AGM will also include provisions for remote e-voting from September 19 to September 21, 2025, allowing members to participate electronically.
