Under the terms of the program, if President and CEO David J. Lennon, Ph.D., and CFO Scott Giacobello remain with the firm until a specified date or a change of control event, they’ll receive bonuses of $390,000 and $220,000, respectively. These bonuses are also safeguarded under certain termination conditions, ensuring key leaders are compensated unless they leave under specific circumstances such as cause, death, or disability.
