Aadi Bioscience, Inc. has initiated a retention bonus program to incentivize its key employees, including top executives, to stay with the company. Under the terms of the program, if President and CEO David J. Lennon, Ph.D., and CFO Scott Giacobello remain with the firm until a specified date or a change of control event, they’ll receive bonuses of $390,000 and $220,000, respectively. These bonuses are also safeguarded under certain termination conditions, ensuring key leaders are compensated unless they leave under specific circumstances such as cause, death, or disability.
