AACo Shareholders Approve Key Resolutions

Australian Agricultural Company Limited (AU:AAC) has released an update.

At the recent Annual General Meeting of Australian Agricultural Company Limited, shareholders passed several key resolutions, including the adoption of the Remuneration Report and the election of four directors: Mr Donald McGauchie, Mr Neil Reisman, Mr Stuart Black, and Mr Josh Levy. Additionally, the increase in non-executive director fee cap and the renewal of proportional takeover provisions were approved, with all resolutions determined by poll.
