a2 Milk Company Proceeds With Shareholders’ Meeting

a2 Milk Company Ltd. (ACOPF) has released an update.

The a2 Milk Company has noted that Synlait Milk Limited will proceed with its special shareholders’ meeting as planned, following the dismissal of a complaint that halted actions regarding the meeting. Regulatory bodies have ruled out further action, letting the meeting go ahead on the 18th of September, wherein resolutions regarding share issuances to Bright Dairy and a2 Milk Company, and a settlement with a2 Milk Company, will be voted upon.
